Senior Microsoft Dynamics Consultant - ERP Implementation & Support

Role Purpose :

Lead the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) platform across the organization, driving continuous business process improvement, application support, system enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, Microsoft, and implementation/support partners to ensure optimal utilisation and performance of the ERP ecosystem.

Lead and mentor the ERP application support team, ensuring effective service delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous capability development.

Experience & Qualification :

- 12- 15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP, including significant hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes, including Production, Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Quality, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance.

- Proven experience in ERP implementation, support, upgrades, and business process optimisation.

- Techno functional expertise with the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.

- Experience managing ERP support, implementation, or application management teams in a manufacturing environment.

- Experience working with external implementation partners and technology vendors.

Key Responsibilities :

1. ERP Leadership & Team Management :

- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for D365 F&O across corporate offices and manufacturing locations.

- Lead, manage, and mentor the ERP application support team across all locations.

- Define team objectives, allocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure timely issue resolution.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes and ERP utilization.

- Build functional and technical capabilities within the team through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing.

- Establish governance, support processes, and service levels to ensure high quality ERP support.

2. Manufacturing Digitalization & Industry 4.0 :

- Collaborate with manufacturing teams and technology partners to support plant automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

- Drive integration of shop floor systems, production automation solutions, and manufacturing analytics with the ERP ecosystem.

- Support digital transformation projects aimed at improving manufacturing efficiency and operational visibility.
