We are the Perfect match if you:

- 9+ years of core software engineering experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.

- Expertise in Large-Scale Systems: Deep experience building, scaling, and maintaining highly available, fault-tolerant distributed systems handling massive throughput.

- Strong System Design & Architecture Skills: Advanced capabilities in defining API Data Contracts, OOAD, Microservices, Data Models, and complex Concurrency concepts. Strong execution of Clean Coding, common design patterns, and basic SOLID principles.

- AI & Advanced Workflows: Practical experience working with agentic workflows, LLM orchestration, or intelligent automation layers within production environments.

- Backend Proficiency: Expertise in two or more of: Elixir, Java, Python, Golang, Node.js, Ruby, and a readiness to upskill/work across any of these stacks.

- Database & Performance: Strong SQL, database design, and performance tuning skills across RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, etc.).

- Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with Cloud native technologies, DevOps pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- UI Familiarity: Exposure to modern Web Frameworks such as React to guide front-end integration.

- Methodologies: Deep understanding of Product Development Methodologies like Agile.

Heres what your day would look like:

- Hands-on Leadership: Lead an agile engineering team with a hands-on approach. Be well-versed in the technology stack, actively participate in design/code reviews, and comfortably interact with clients.

- Architecture & Execution: Create robust design artifacts for implementation, building cloud-native applications that run seamlessly on AWS/GCP.

- Quality & Innovation: Foster a culture of "zero-defect software" development, writing automated test cases alongside implementation.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product team, Business teams, and Enabler pods to determine business priorities, define microservices, and simplify the user journey.

- Operational Excellence: Conduct root-cause analysis for support tickets, proposing long-term structural fixes. Set up processes that ensure high quality and align with IDfy development principles.

- Stay Ahead of the Game: Bring a culture of ownership and innovation to the POD. Predict future fraud techniques and architect proactive solutions to prevent them.
