Responsibilities :

As a Product Manager 2 you will be passionate about delivering an unparalleled customer partner and user experience to establish Myntra as Indias largest fashion lifestyle marketplace destination.

Key Responsibilities Include :

Execution and Prioritization :

- Prioritize features based on business impact and work closely with engineering to successfully deliver the roadmap.

Cross Functional Collaboration :

- Work on a day to day basis with research analytics user experience data science multiple engineering business and third party stakeholders.

Metrics Ownership :

- Define key product metrics and own the targets that align directly with the organizations goals.

Strategy and Roadmap :

- Create a strategy and roadmap and lead the product charter for a unit within the overall product management organization.

Long Term Vision :

- Own and drive multiyear roadmaps which align user understanding with business objectives as well as competitive benchmarks to come up with practical and impactful solutions.

Stakeholder Management :

- Coordinate with a large number of stakeholders across a wide span of projects systems and teams to ensure that the charter is on track and moving evenly across different themes.

Desired Skills and Requirements :

Qualifications and Experience :

- One to two years of experience in Product Management.

- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology from premier schools. An MBA is a plus.

Core Competencies :

Data Driven Decision Making :

- Ability to work with large quantities of data and leverage analytics skills for effective business decision making.

Communication and Collaboration :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to partner with stakeholders through influence and credibility.

Product Lifecycle Management :

- Proven ability to organize manage and prioritize tasks. Prior experience working with engineering through the complete technology product lifecycle is required.

Product Craft :

- Must be able to author high quality Product Requirement Documents and use case documentation to facilitate product development backed by extensive user research.

Business and Tech Savvy :

- Ability to provide thought leadership by actively monitoring industry trends and emerging technologies.

Bonus Points :

- Prior experience working in an Agile model using tools like JIRA and Confluence.

- Hands on experience with Product Design or user experience.
