Voice Process Associate (Night Shift)

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls to assist customers with inquiries and issues.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

Night Shift - 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM

Work Schedule - Mon - Fri / Fixed weekends off
