Warehouse Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory, dispatches, and customer order fulfillment. The ideal candidate should have experience in warehouse management, particularly in an e-commerce environment, and possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch of customer orders.
• Supervise packing staff to ensure accurate packing and labeling of shipments.
• Coordinate printing and verification of shipping labels.
• Handle product returns and update records in the system.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Conduct regular stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
• Follow up with customers regarding order status and delivery updates.
• Ensure smooth warehouse operations and adherence to company processes.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the warehouse.

Qualifications & Skills

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or e-commerce fulfillment.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and team management abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
