Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students regarding our training programs, admissions process, and career opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable handling inquiries, and have the ability to convert leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding available courses, certifications, and career pathways.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads, and schedule counselling sessions.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
• Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM/database.
• Conduct walk-in counselling sessions and assist students throughout the admission process.
• Coordinate with trainers and management regarding batch schedules and student onboarding.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, educational fairs, and promotional activities.
• Address student queries and ensure a positive counselling experience.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and counselling abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle multiple student inquiries simultaneously.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Professional and student-friendly attitude.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
• Prior experience in Academic Counselling, Admissions, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales will be preferred.

• Monday to Saturday
• Work from Office (Jalandhar)
