ROLE SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Lead plays a critical role in driving end-to-end recruitment delivery across functions. This role focuses on sourcing, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent while ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience. The individual will work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver timely, quality hires in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer rollout
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success profiles
• Build strong candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assessment to ensure role fitment
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through effective communication and engagement
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth stakeholder alignment
• Track and manage recruitment data, ensuring accuracy in ATS and reporting systems
• Drive closure efficiency, including offer discussions and negotiation support
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular hiring updates
• Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities across technology or data hiring
• Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English) non-negotiable
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and hiring volumes effectively
• Good stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation
• Data-driven mindset with basic reporting and tracking ability
• Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced hiring environment
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
