Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Faculty - Teachers Training. The Senior Faculty member will design, deliver, and review teacher training programs, including live online classes, workshops, and self-paced learning modules. Responsibilities include developing curriculum and instructional materials, aligning content with international best practices in pedagogy, and integrating relevant educational technologies. The role involves mentoring and coaching educators, observing teaching practice, providing structured feedback, and facilitating professional development sessions for diverse teaching cohorts. The Senior Faculty will collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure program quality, contribute to assessment frameworks, support accreditation and quality assurance activities, and participate in curriculum innovation and research-led improvements.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in teacher education, pedagogy, curriculum design, and instructional strategies for adult learners.
• Demonstrated experience in online and blended learning, including virtual classroom facilitation and use of learning management systems.
• Proficiency in designing training materials, assessments, and rubrics that align with learning outcomes and quality standards.
• Advanced facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills to support educators at different stages of their careers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse, international learner groups.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple cohorts and deadlines in a remote setting.
• Master’s degree or higher in Education, Teacher Education, Educational Leadership, or a closely related field; terminal degree preferred.
• Proven experience in teacher training, faculty development, or similar academic leadership roles in higher education or professional training.
• Familiarity with global education standards, accreditation processes, and evidence-based teaching practices.
• Comfort working in multicultural, cross-functional teams and adapting content to different regional and cultural contexts.
