Job Description:

• Cross-Functional Operations: Manage daily B2B logistics operations acting as the primary coordinator between the Warehouse Finance and Retail Store teams to ensure aligned workflows.

• TAT & Delivery Monitoring: Closely monitor Dispatch-to-In-Transit and Dispatch-to-Deliver TAT. Identify bottlenecks and prepare targeted action plans for continuous improvement.

• Logistics Partner Management: Conduct weekly performance review meetings with external LPs. Provide structured data-driven feedback track SLA compliance and resolve operational friction.

• Exception Handling & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify stuck shipments define strict resolution TATs for tail shipments and swiftly resolve any non-delivery related issues on the ground.

• Operations & Cycle Closure: Drive end-to-end shipment cycle closure and ensure the accurate operational closure of marketplace orders and related documentation.

• Reverse Logistics: Oversee monitor and optimize the reverse pick-ups process to ensure returned store/client inventory is safely and efficiently routed back to the warehouse.

• Data-Driven SCM Reporting: Generate detailed daily/weekly SCM reports. Use data analysis to identify trends and take proactive operational actions before issues escalate.
