Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development

• Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce.com platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Create custom objects, workflows, triggers, and automation within Salesforce.
• Develop solutions using Salesforce Mobile and Salesforce App Cloud.

Technical Design & Analysis

• Provide technical design, analysis, and research innovative technologies to meet business needs.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and bugs within the Salesforce environment.

Integration & Data Management

• Implement Salesforce integrations with relational databases and other data sources using ETL tools and Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP).
• Support migration, data loader, and synchronization between QA, DEV, and PROD environments.

Agile Development & Collaboration

• Participate in Agile development including requirements gathering, story development, design, testing, and scope management.
• Collaborate effectively with business and technical teams to deliver solutions.

Requirements:

• 4-year IT degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce.com design and development (Apex, Visualforce, Force.com, Lightning Web Components).
• Salesforce Developer Certification (DEV201, DEV401) preferred.
• 3+ years of strong object-oriented development experience (Java, .Net, JSP/ASP or equivalent).
• Proficient in HTML/XHTML, XML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, AJAX.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, App Cloud, and Mobile platform.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize development projects.
