Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Agentforce Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce ecosystem, Agentforce, and Life Sciences Cloud (LSC) to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of next-generation AI-powered customer engagement solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and innovative Salesforce solutions that integrate Agentforce capabilities with Life Sciences Cloud to support subscription-based offerings and digital transformation initiatives. The role requires deep technical expertise, architecture leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive end-to-end solution design across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead architecture and solution design for Salesforce Agentforce and Life Sciences Cloud implementations.

- Define scalable and future-ready technical solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Drive end-to-end design for subscription-based Salesforce offerings including architecture, integrations, workflows, and automation.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.

- Architect AI-powered customer engagement solutions using Agentforce capabilities.

- Design data models, security architecture, and governance frameworks for enterprise Salesforce environments.

- Lead integration architecture across Salesforce, third-party systems, ERP, CRM, and enterprise platforms.

- Provide technical leadership to development teams during design, implementation, and deployment phases.

- Establish architecture best practices, coding standards, and governance processes.

- Ensure solution scalability, security, performance optimization, and compliance with enterprise standards.

- Support solution estimation, technical proposals, and pre-sales discussions for new opportunities.

- Conduct architecture reviews and provide guidance on complex technical challenges.

- Stay updated on Salesforce product roadmap, Agentforce innovations, AI capabilities, and emerging technologies.

Required Skillsets :

- Strong experience in Salesforce architecture and enterprise solution design.

- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Agentforce implementation and architecture.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC).

- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.

- Expertise in Salesforce AI, Einstein AI, automation, and intelligent workflow design.

- Strong experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and governance.

- Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, middleware, and APIs.

- Expertise in subscription-based platform design and business models.

- Strong experience in data architecture, migration, and master data management.

- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment processes.

- Experience with enterprise architecture patterns and scalable cloud solutions.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

- Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or regulated industries.

- Exposure to AI-driven customer engagement platforms and automation frameworks.

- Experience working in enterprise digital transformation programs.

- Strong consulting and client-facing experience.
