Senior UI Developer / Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior UI Developer with proven interests and capabilities in development of responsive user interfaces. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication. A thorough understanding of contemporary user-cantered design methodologies is a must.

Main responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for understanding a users brief and converting that into Intuitive user interfaces
• Capable of working directly with users in an iterative/agile manner to dramatically
• Improve the prototypes in a short time
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
• Conceptual understanding of User Interface Design and the Design Process.
• Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills. Capable of handling multiple projects and related complexities at the same time.

Key Skills

• Good knowledge in UI/UX designs
• Must have knowledge in JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, Bootstrap
• Knowledge in Knockout/React/any other UI framework and d3.js
• Knowledge in C#,asp.net MVC and in OOPs
• Basic Knowledge of TFS

Other Skills

• Solid portfolio demonstrating design savvy.
• Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory and typography.
• Understanding of the limitations of web and mobile, with approaches/ideas to flex those boundaries
• Formal education in interaction design (Bachelor's/Master's/Diploma) is a definite plus
• Programming expert in JavaScript
• Good practical knowledge on ReactJS
• Basic knowledge in backend

Mandatory Skills
