Key job responsibilities
- Responsible for full-lifecycle recruitment of MBA students and early career talent from attraction to onboarding.
- Implement University Relation plans & solutions for campuses across India and deliver results
- Implement large scale plans to achieve desired hiring numbers and branding objectives
- Be the relationship owner of assigned campuses and build Amazon brand among stakeholders such as placement cell, placement coordinators, students to improve hiring quality and numbers
- Assist the campus team in internal processes such as intern conversion, onboarding etc.
- Design and implement projects within team to improve candidate experience on and off campus
- Manage a group of businesses and relevant senior stakeholders by becoming sole point of contact for their campus related activities

Basic Qualifications
- Master's degree
- 2 years experience in MBA Campus Recruitment
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
- Strong interpersonal skills which would translate into effective relationship building across campuses
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong inclination towards managing processes and designing new areas of process innovation
- Ability to drive various branding and engagement activities across campuses in India
- Strong HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking & self-initiative
- Proven ability to use data to influence decisions
