Coordinate profile submissions interviews offers and closures

Build and maintain strong vendor partnerships

Track vendor performance and recruitment metrics

Ensure SLA compliance and recruitment process adherence

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers

What Were Looking For:

Experience in Vendor Management within IT Staffing

Strong understanding of FTE C2H & C2C hiring models

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong analytical and MS Excel skills

Ability to manage multiple vendors simultaneously
