About the role in People Analytics:

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI & Data Analytics expert with strong handson technical expertise in DAX, Python, dashboard development, and analytical problemsolving. The ideal candidate will analyse complex datasets, uncover actionable insights, and support better business decisionmaking through advanced modelling, simulations, and whatif analyses. Reporting analytics to support organization wide reporting requirements with added focus on strong data governance. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a confident, stakeholderfacing presence. Skills include, not limited to:

• Dashboard Development & Advanced Analytics
• Develop, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards endtoend with optimized data models and intuitive visual storytelling
• Create advanced DAX measures, build robust semantic models, and ensure high performance, accuracy and consistency
• Implement rolebased views, drilldowns, and dynamic visualizations that support executive decision-making
• Data Automation, Processing & Interpretive Analysis
• Use Python (and Excel where required) to automate data ingestion, cleaning, transformation, and analytical workflow.
• Apply strong data handling skills to work confidently with large, complex datasets from multiple source.
• Interpret analytical output to provide clear, meaningful, actionable insights rather than just reports or data dump.
• Insight Generation, Hypothesis Testing & Scenario Modelling
• Analyse datasets deeply to uncover trends, variances, anomalies, and business drivers that support databacked decision
• Conduct hypothesis testing, build simulation models, and perform whatif analyses to evaluate futurestate scenarios and their business implications
• Create predictive or scenariobased dashboards enabling leadership to proactively plan, mitigate risks, and optimize outcomes
• Develop frameworks linking insights directly to internal processes, KPIs, and business impac
• Interpretation of results and collaboratios
• Translate analytical findings into structured business narratives, recommendations, and decision-ready insights
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional stakeholders to understand problems, refine requirements, and design relevant analytical solutions
• Continuously evolve dashboards, models, and insights in alignment with changing business needs

• Communicate complex data themes in a simple, crisp, and compelling format to senior management
• Demonstrate strong presentation skills and a polished, credible, professional outlook

• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong handson proficiency with Power BI, DAX, and data modelling
• Experience automating data workflows and performing analytics using BI/Excel/Python
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret results and convert them into actionable recommendation
• Proficiency in Excel for advanced analysis and supporting workflows.
• Experience with simulation techniques, scenario building, or hypothesis-based problem solving (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills with a presentable and confident stakeholder-facing presence
• Strong problem-solving skills, eye for detail, and ability to work independently

Good to Have

• Knowledge of SQL, R, Python, or other ETL tool
• Experience with delivering analytics solutions in corporate environment
• Exposure to statistical modelling, forecasting or operations research
