AWD Core Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. AWD Core Development:

• Hands-on expertise in AWD core development, including:
• Interfaces with AWD.
• Web services integration.
• AWD front-end JavaScript.
• AWD MI Analytics Reporting.

1. Requirement Analysis:

• Critically evaluate and analyze information from multiple sources to:
• Reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into detailed insights.
• Abstract low-level information into generalized understanding.
• Differentiate user requests from underlying true needs.

1. User Story Compilation:

• Gather and compile user stories and requirements through in-depth analysis of:
• Workflows.
• Data platforms and features.
• External specifications.

1. Workflow Solution Design:

• Design and develop workflow solutions using the AWD vendor product in compliance with BPMN and group standards.
• Ensure alignment with the HSS workflow strategy.

1. Implementation and Rollout:

• Implement workflow solutions across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and prepare documents for compliance and audit requirements.

1. Issue Resolution:

• Investigate functional issues and gaps during iterative build or testing processes.

1. User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

• Arrange and support UAT to validate the quality of deliverables.
• Assist the business team in completing functional testing.

1. Ongoing Support:

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing workflow solutions.

Essential Experience

1. Core Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in software design, development, and testing in a global environment.

1. Vendor Product Knowledge:

• Working experience with BusinessOptix and ActiveOps is an advantage.

1. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AWD workflow development and related technologies.

1. Analytical Abilities:

• Strong skills in analyzing and translating user requirements into actionable solutions.
