Endocrinologist

Randstad is looking to hire Sr Physician - Endocrinologist for a leading healthcare organisation in Pune.

Role Overview

• Deliver advanced endocrine care across diabetes, metabolic, and hormonal disorders

• Manage complex chronic conditions with focus on long-term outcomes and prevention

• Deliver outcomes-led care as a patient-first leader, not volume-driven

• Practice as a system thinker with clinical depth aligned to evidence-based pathways

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-care interventions including insulin initiation, CGM-based management,

and acute metabolic stabilization

• Manage end-to-end care from diagnosis through treatment, monitoring, and follow-up

• Operate as an MDT (Multi Disciplinary Team) champion across specialties

• Mentor junior clinicians as an institution builder, not just a department manager

• Align with international pathways and leverage EMR for data-driven care delivery

• Act as a system-shaping professional influencing how medicine is practiced

Core Skills

• Expertise in endocrine care including preventive and day-care management

• Strong clinical judgment with outcomes-driven, evidence-based approach

• Experience with standardized pathways and digital health systems

• Strong communication and caregiver engagement capabilities

Qualification

• 20+ years of experience in endocrinology practice

• DM / MD/ DNB Endocrinology (or equivalent) from a recognized institution

• Valid medical registration
