The Dark Store Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse and fulfillment operations while ensuring exceptional customer experience through operational excellence. Key Responsibilitie sOperations Managemen - tManage daily dark store operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch - .Ensure timely order fulfillment and adherence to delivery SLAs - .Monitor order flow and optimize operational efficiency - .Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks .Inventory & Quality Contro - lMaintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits - .Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and inventory hygiene - .Minimize shrinkage, damages, expiries, and stock discrepancies - .Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment requirements .Team Leadershi - pLead, train, and manage store associates, pickers, and packers - .Prepare shift rosters and manpower plans - .Track team performance and drive productivity improvements - .Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and operational excellence .Performance & Complianc - eTrack KPIs including order accuracy, fulfillment time, inventory accuracy, and productivity - .Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements - .Maintain cleanliness, security, and operational readiness of the dark store - .Prepare operational reports and share performance insights with leadership . Requiremen - ts3–6 years of experience in warehouse, retail, quick commerce, logistics, or dark store operation - s.Experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational environmen - t.Strong understanding of inventory management and fulfillment processe - s.Proficiency with WMS, inventory tools, Excel, and operational dashboard - s.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skill - s.Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays when require d.
