About the role
We’re looking for a smart, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Support & Operations Coordinator. If you enjoy solving problems, communicating clearly, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this role is for you.
You don’t need years of experience — just strong communication skills, good discipline in follow-ups, and the willingness to learn. If you’re comfortable with basic tech tools, that’s a big plus.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp, email, calls, and support tickets with clarity and empathy.
- Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams — making sure updates and tasks move forward smoothly.
- Maintain trackers, reports, and documentation so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Support daily operational activities, including scheduling, onboarding, and coordination.
- Keep CRM and support tools organized and updated.
- Assist in creating support materials like FAQs, SOPs, and knowledge base documents.
- Share feedback and insights from customer interactions to help improve the product and experience.
What We’re Looking For
