Were looking for someone with 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

Someone who can move fluidly from design and configuration to customization and delivery, while keeping both clients and code happy.

What youll be doing :

• Partner with stakeholders to define and refine Dynamics 365 CE requirements.
• Design, configure, and customize CE solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, JavaScript, and Plugins.
• Develop workflows, business process flows, and automation to streamline operations.
• Manage data migration and integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Train and support users for smooth adoption.
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance.
• Participate in Agile rituals (stand-ups, sprints, retrospectives, backlog sessions).
• Build and manage CI / CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
• Collaborate on source control best practices and improve DevOps efficiency.
• Maintain and enhance automated testing frameworks.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance across DevOps practices.
