Support Engineer II, CMT, CMT Systems

Amazon's Pricing team seeks a Support Engineer to build and maintain mission-critical infrastructure that impacts millions of customers worldwide. In this role, you will design and maintain scalable infrastructure systems while creating automation solutions for operational and development processes. The position requires expertise in DevOps engineering, systems administration, network architecture, and software development. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of software development, or 2+ years of technical support experience
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
• Experience in Unix
• Experience scripting in modern program languages
