Jr Product Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
Junior Product Manager should be a business leader for the assigned product line(s) and
should drive the product line revenue growth and profitably. He must give technical and
commercial support and solutions to the customers / sales. Should be able to monitor the
product line billings; bookings backlog trends and define product line growth actions besides
preparing budget forecast
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for Booking Billing & Backlog for the responsible products
2. Give Technical and Commercial support to Sales for the product assigned grow the
New Business Opportunity (NBO) pipeline and secure design-ins
3. Ensure and keep up to date product information for the product lines (images; mating
half; alternate products; documentation; presentation; sales tools; etc.)
4. To work with Pricing team on Quote reviews and Customer price contracts
5. Set up and execute Pricing promotion Distribution strategies for the product
6. Follow-up on product extensions / customization requests and work out business cases
to justify the investment / expenses
7. Follow-up on monthly design-in activity through High Service Distribution by direct
engagement with responsible Sales or Distribution contacts
8. Coordinate with operations to review and ensure adequate product capacity and
utilization
9. Coordinate on product cost reduction actions
10. Prepare the monthly forecast yearly budget and prepare strategic action plan
11. Give training on the product to customers Distributors Sales & FAEs
