Job Purpose & Objectives

Oversee day-to-day facility management operations ensuring service excellence optimizing processes and driving operational efficiency across multiple sites. The role requires a proactive leader with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end operations of facilities including maintenance housekeeping security and vendor management.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company standards.
• Lead mentor and develop the operations team to enhance productivity and employee engagement.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety quality and operational standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to address concerns provide updates and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare operational reports budgets and forecasts for management review.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices in facility management operations.
• Drive talent acquisition for the operations team including identifying and closing positions through employee referrals.

Skills/ Attributes

• Bachelors degree in Facility Management Engineering Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 7 years of experience in facility management or operations with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of facility management processes compliance and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites vendors and teams simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software/tools.
