Job description
Job Title: Field Recruiter-Coordinator

Location: New Alipore Kolkata

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach businesses for partnerships and schedule client meetings.
  • Source and onboard freelancers for various projects.
  • Coordinate with clients freelancers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Handle field operations including collecting and returning project devices (mobile phones) when required.
  • Maintain reports and updates using Excel and other tools.


Requirements

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 13 years of experience in coordination recruitment field operations or business development.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and field activities.
  • Smart proactive and ready to learn.
