Position: SAP Business One Functional Consultant
Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SAP Business One Functional Consultant to join our ERP consulting team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP Business One implementation configuration user support and business process analysis. The role involves working closely with clients to understand business requirements provide functional solutions conduct training and support ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client business requirements.
• Configure and customize SAP Business One modules based on business needs.
• Support implementation testing deployment and post-go-live activities.
• Work on core SAP Business One modules including:
  • Finance & Accounting
  • Sales Management
  • Purchasing & Procurement
  • Inventory & Warehouse Management
  • CRM & Customer Management
  • Reporting & Business Analytics
• Prepare project documentation such as BRD FRD SOPs and user manuals.
• Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and customizations.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage issue tracking.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing functional support.
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and ensure smooth business operations.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as an SAP Business One Functional Consultant.
• Good understanding of:
  • Finance & Accounting Processes
  • Procurement & Inventory Management
  • Sales & Distribution
  • Supply Chain Operations
• Experience in SAP Business One implementation and support projects.
• Strong requirement-gathering and business process analysis skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in ERP consulting.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Business One Certification (preferred).
• Knowledge of SQL queries and ERP reporting concepts.
• Experience in Manufacturing Trading Distribution or Service industries.
• Exposure to third-party integrations and ERP customizations.
