Specialist, Infrastructure Delivery

We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to strengthen our Infrastructure Delivery function by providing dedicated support for our hybrid platform (on-prem Kubernetes-based environments). This role focuses on ensuring the availability performance and operational stability of critical infrastructure and platform services while supporting CI/CD pipelines and enabling continuous delivery.

• Provide L2/L3 support for infrastructure and platform services
• Monitor systems and respond to alerts
• Troubleshoot platform and infrastructure issues
• Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes
• Support Kubernetes clusters and container platforms
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and assist in deployments
• Manage virtualization platforms (Proxmox)
• Support monitoring tools (Prometheus Grafana ELK Loki)

Qualifications :

• 35 years experience in Infrastructure or DevOps support
• Strong Linux administration skills
• Experience with Kubernetes Docker Jenkins
• Monitoring and logging tools experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
