Investors Relations Associate

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors ensuring a

high standard of engagement and responsiveness.

Manage investor queries periodic updates relationship tracking and follow-ups across

the investment lifecycle.

Collaborate with founders and Investment Bankers (IBs) to support fundraising

strategy investor outreach and transaction execution.

Coordinate investor meetings calls roadshows and other communication processes.

Prepare update and maintain pitch decks investor presentations information

memorandums and periodic investor reports.

Ensure consistency accuracy and clarity in all investor-facing communication and

documentation.

Manage virtual data rooms organize documentation and support due diligence

requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to facilitate smooth diligence and

transaction processes.

Track fundraising pipelines investor interactions timelines and key milestones toensure timely execution.

Maintain strong coordination among founders Investment Bankers legal advisors andinvestor stakeholders throughout the fundraising journey..

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of fundraising capital markets and investment processes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively

with investors and senior stakeholders.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.

Ability to prepare compelling investor presentations pitch decks and investment-

related documentation.

Proficiency in financial analysis financial statement interpretation and business

research.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint
