Regional Sales Manager (RSM) FMCG / Food Industry

Location: Punjab Haryana Rajasthan Uttar Pradesh & Uttarakhand
CTC: Up to 15 LPA

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and manage business operations across assigned territories. The role requires strong expertise in distributor management team handling channel sales and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve regional sales targets and business objectives.
• Lead mentor and manage the regional sales team.
• Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies.
• Strengthen relationships with distributors retailers and channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
• Monitor market trends competition and customer requirements.
• Ensure effective implementation of sales initiatives and promotional activities.
• Review sales performance and drive corrective actions for target achievement.

• Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/MBA with experience in FMCG Food Dairy Beverages or Consumer Goods industry.
• Proven track record in regional sales management and team handling.
• Strong distributor and channel management experience.
• Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
