What will you be doing

Quality Assuranceprofessional supports an agile team in analyzing designing testing and that includes functional and nonfunctional integration automation system performance and sanity testing.

Job Responsibilities

• Designing developing and executing test cases for ETL processes usingâPySparkâPython andâSQL.
• Establish and enforce best practices in quality engineering including Testing standards automation testing
• Identifying automation opportunities in ETL testing to validate data and automate test flows.
• Participate in test strategic planning testing phase and cross-functional discussions.
• Experience of working with other developers to ensure that systems are designed for reliability performance and testability
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and recommend improvements to enhance product reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems Engineering or related field.
• 2 4 years of experience in QA engineering.
• Participate in aspects related to Functional Testing Functional automation.
• Understand requirements and be able to write test cases.
• Hands-on experience withâSQL Python and PySpark
• Exposure toâCloud platformsâsuch as AWS Azure or GCP.
• Knowledge of basic Unix shell commands and CI/CD concepts.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modelling.
• Understanding Agile test methodologies and defects tracking tool such as Jira.
