Require a Java Backend Developer in Hyderabad

• Spearhead complex multi-phase projects from concept to delivery managing scope resources risks and timelines
  
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define objectives allocate resources and track progress
  
• Conduct regular performance reviews using KPIs and project dashboards; initiate corrective measures to mitigate delays or deviations
  
• Develop comprehensive reports executive summaries and visual presentations for leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelors/ Masters Degree

• 3 years of experience in project management operations or a similar leadership role
  
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred
  
• Demonstrated success in managing high-impact projects within fast-paced environments
  
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Asana Jira Trello) and data analysis platforms
  
• Exceptional analytical strategic planning and decision-making abilities
