Overview: TekWissen is a global workforce management provider throughout India and many other countries in the world. Job Title: Business Analyst Work Location: WhitefieldBangalore Job Type: Full time Work Type: Onsite Work Time: UK Shifts (1.30 pm - 10.30 pm) Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support project delivery by reviewing and refining Statements of Work documenting requirements managing backlog items validating milestone deliverables and defining acceptance and UAT exit criteria.
The role will work closely with business stakeholders Product Owners delivery teams and suppliers to ensure scope deliverables and success measures are clearly documented.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture and document business requirements assumptions dependencies and risks.
Translate requirements into user stories backlog items acceptance criteria and UAT scenarios.
Support product roadmap and backlog management including future enhancement items.
Validate milestone deliverables and ensure they align to agreed scope.
Define clear UAT exit criteria and business success measures.
Facilitate workshops with business technical and supplier teams.
Maintain traceability between requirements deliverables test evidence and acceptance criteria.
Identify gaps or ambiguities in documentation and propose improvements.

Experience Level

Mid-level to Senior Business Analyst ideally with 4 years experience in project delivery requirements management and UAT.
Certification in Business Analyst is an added advantage.
