We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Process Manufacturing Coating Engineer in Trichy Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities
Lead industrialization activities for new production introductions.
Manage production equipment implementation using IPROM methodology.
Coordinate equipment and assembly line development with suppliers.
Define and validate acceptance criteria for new equipment and production lines.
Conduct production trials analyze results and prepare technical reports.
Develop action plans to ensure readiness for production ramp-up.
Monitor QCDM metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support production teams through training troubleshooting and process optimization.

Required Skills
Industrialization Engineering Introduction and validation of manufacturing processes.
Process Validation Equipment capability studies and validation planning.
PFMEA & Control Plans Risk assessment and quality assurance activities.
Lean Manufacturing Waste reduction and productivity improvement.
Production Equipment Management Acceptance setup and optimization.

Work Experience Requirements
Typical requirement: 38 years of experience in manufacturing coating process engineering or industrialization environments. Experience with equipment validation process improvement and production support activities is preferred.

Education
Minimum: B.E./ in Mechanical Production Manufacturing Chemical or related Engineering
Preferred: M.E./ in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering
Additional: Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or Quality Certifications
