CRM (Customer Relationship Management) role bridges the gap between technology and client experience. Professionals in this fieldranging from CRM Managers to CRM Specialistsare responsible for optimizing CRM software analyzing customer data and driving targeted marketing strategies to boost engagement retention and ResponsibilitiesCRM Platform Management: Administer configure and optimize CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Zoho) to ensure smooth workflows and data Analysis & Segmentation: Analyze customer data and purchase history to segment audiences for hyper-targeted marketing sales and retention -Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales marketing and IT teams to align CRM efforts with overall business goals and ensure effective lead Experience Improvement: Identify customer pain points monitor feedback and execute strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime & KPIs: Create dashboards and monitor performance metrics (like engagement and conversion rates) to report ROI to senior Skills & QualificationsTechnical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms marketing automation tools (e.g. Mailchimp Klaviyo) and basic database Skills: Strong ability to manipulate and interpret large datasets to spot consumer behavior : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments and assist with end-user : Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Marketing Information Technology Business Administration or a related analytical field plus 2 years of relevant experience.
