RPG Manager

Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple IBM i (AS/400) development teams and manage project delivery
timelines
Drive technical architecture solution design and modernization
initiatives
Ensure adherence to coding standards quality benchmarks and best
practices
Manage end-to-end delivery ownership including planning execution and
risk mitigation
Collaborate with Business Product Owners and Senior Stakeholders for
requirement alignment
Oversee production support incident management and performance
optimization
Implement process improvements automation and efficiency
enhancements
Track and report KPIs team performance and delivery metrics
Drive hiring resource planning and capability building within the team Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience in RPG III RPGLE ILE concepts
Expertise in Service Programs Binding Directories
Deep knowledge of DDS DDL CL/CLLE programming
Experience working with Display Files and Subfiles
Strong experience in Insurance Domain (Annuity Mandatory) Platform Expertise
