Job description
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
  • Typically 5 years of experience working with benchtop test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes spectrum analyzers vector network analyzers (VNAs) digital multimeters (DMMs) function generators power supplies data acquisition systems source measure units (SMUs) LCR meters and frequency counters
  • Preferred experience in programming especially with languages such as Python or C#
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts
  • Proven ability to multitask managing support for multiple customers simultaneously
  • Experience in sales and/or customer service with a demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and foster loyalty
  • Willingness to work U.S. business hours to support customers in the Americas region (night shift in India)
