is looking for a motivated and skilled QA Lead - Test Automation to be a part of our team in Bangalore/Hyderabad.

We are looking for an experienced Automation Testing skilled in building and managing end-to-end test automation solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical depth in Leap work Automation Tool Selenium/playwright automation and TDD/BDD frameworks along with the ability to own quality strategy guide teams and drive automation best practices in an Agile delivery environment

Primary Skills:

Automation Testing Leap work Selenium/Playwright Java/Python/C# API Cucumber BDD frameworks RSAT Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Azure DevOps test management and Test Automation using AI Agents Claude/ChatGPT.

As a Test Automation Lead you will:

• The position requires Automation architect to have strong working experience in authoring Automation Frameworks from scratch
• Design develop and maintain automated test scripts using Leap work Test Automation Tool
• Design develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium/ playwright Automation tools
• Perform API Testing using Postman and Rest Assured
• Experience in TestNG and GIT
• Work on Azure Devops Test Management and CI/CD pipeline setup and executions
• 8 years of experience as a Test Automation Lead on Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance and Operations Applications
• Develop and execute Regression and Smoke test suites to ensure application stability
• Create and maintain test plans test cases and test data for new and existing features
• Work closely with developers product managers and other stakeholders in an Agile environment to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Participate in sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives and QA-related ceremonies
• Conduct root cause analysis and work with the development team to resolve defects
• Identify opportunities to improve test coverage and automation across projects
• Ability to communicate technical terms to non-technical audience.
• Ability to clearly articulate thoughts and ideas to stakeholders and partners.
• Builds strong commitment within the team to support the appropriate team priorities.
• Agile/scrum experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams.

The requirements for this role include:

• Must have hands on experience in Leapwork Automation Tool
• Strong programming problem solving and analytical skills with expertise in Java/C#/Python technologies Selenium/Playwright Automation tools and cucumber automation frameworks
• Must has experience working on Automation framework development specially POM from scratch using open-source automation tools like Selenium and playwright
• Must has very good knowledge in automation maturity and QA Methodologies
• Good experience and knowledge on API Automation tools fundamentals Rest Assured etc.
• Nice to have Experience RSAT Test Automation
• Hand-on experience with Selenium WebDriver/Playwright for automating UI and REST APIs micro service.
• Familiarity with TestNG to evaluate data-driven multi-thread safe and to make assertions
• Familiarity with any reporting tool (Allure reports) to capture test pass/fail and defect reports
• Proficient with writing CI/CD/Jenkins jobs and schedule test runs
• Proficient with Azure dev ops Test Management and Pipelines
• Familiarity with JMeter and Load-runner tools for performance testing
• Strong analytical debugging and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Desired qualifications and skills:

• Graduate/post graduate degree in finance or related areas or degree/diploma (B.E/ BCA MCA) in engineering.
• Candidates with D365 F&O Microsoft certifications ISTQB are preferred and will have an advantage over the others.
• Excellent business communication skills with effective presentation and demonstration skills.
• Ability to guide team members and co-ordinate with them to deliver above and beyond commitments.
• Should have a strong learning orientation with regards to new technologies and implementing them
• Should be a self-starter and initiative taker.
• Should possess strong analytical skills and be detail oriented.
