Job Brief

We are seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to generate leads engage prospective customers schedule meetings and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a customer-focused approach and a proven ability to achieve sales targets through outbound calling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively Identify and qualify potential cybersecurity sales opportunities through outbound calls emails social media (Google LinkedIn etc) and other channels.
  • Reach out to prospective customers and introduce company services.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Schedule meetings product demos and discussions for the sales team.
  • Follow up regularly with leads to drive conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
  • Prepare and share sales activity reports as needed.


Requirements

Industry Preference: IT Services / Technology / Cybersecurity (preferred)

  • 23 years of experience in Inside Sales Tele calling Lead Generation or Business Development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident in handling outbound calls and customer interactions.
  • Target-oriented with good persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
