Require a Software Engineer (Backend) in Hyderabad

• Design develop and maintain high-performance scalable and secure backend services using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  
• Collaborate with product managers frontend developers and DevOps engineers to define prioritize and deliver features in an agile environment.
  
• Write clean well-documented and maintainable code following best practices and industry standards.
  
• Optimize application performance database queries and system architecture for speed scalability and reliability.
  
• Implement and manage RESTful APIs and microservices ensuring seamless integration across systems.
  
• Participate in code reviews technical design discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Monitor system health troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis and resolution.
  
• Contribute to the adoption of DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
  
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
  
• 25 years of hands-on experience in backend software development with a focus on scalable systems.
  
• Proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Java Python or Go.
  
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
  
• Experience with database technologies including PostgreSQL MySQL MongoDB or similar.
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  
• Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker Kubernetes) and orchestration platforms.
  
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Jenkins GitLab CI or Terraform.
  
• Solid understanding of security best practices authentication/authorization mechanisms (e.g. OAuth JWT).
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
