Job Title- Import Export Coordinator ( Exim Associate )

Job Timing - 08:30 Am to 05:00 PM

Job Location- Talegaon Dabhade

Working Day- 5 Day

JD -EXIM & Responsibility

To coordinate and monitored the shipment of goods to ensure timely delivery.

Prepared reports summarizing import and export activity for management.

review.

To update GIT and circulate weekly internal customers regarding arrival of parts.

To Maintained detailed records of all imported and exported products.

To coordinate with internal departments such as purchasing accounting logistics in order to facilitate import and export operations.

To check Bills of Freight forwarder and CHA as per PO / agreement

To check processed documents including bills of lading invoices and other import documents SIMS Approval to CHA for filing checklist

To prepare export related paperwork for export shipment (Invoice PL COO Comet)

To make Ensured proper documentation was completed prior to customs clearance of shipments at ports of entry or exit.

To revert on customs query and to be aligned justification letter after aligning with taxation team.

To track freight and duty cost month to month along with costs and weights.

To have special attention if any shipment lost shipments payment refunded from customs

Must have hands on experience for machine reimport.

To get quote for SEA and air shipment and submit comparison for lowest quote

To support Stores team required documents at the time of custom GRN process and keep set of documents for Import and EXPORT.

Collaborated with customs brokers to ensure timely clearance of imported goods.

Coordinated with suppliers to arrange for shipping delivery and storage of

imported items.

Tracked progress of shipments in transit via web-based systems.

Reconciled discrepancies between actual and expected inventory levels.

E-sanchit invoice & packing list.

Coordinate with operation person for expedite custom clearance.

Checklist preparation use visual impex U-so logysis pro & live impex.
