Role Overview
We are seeking a senior client-facing ServiceNow Delivery Lead / Delivery
Manager to lead large-scale enterprise ServiceNow programs across multiple
customer accounts. This role requires a strong techno-functional leader who can
own delivery customer relationships financial performance (P&L) and team
leadership while ensuring high-quality outcomes and long-term customer
satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow
modules strong stakeholder management skills and proven success in managing
complex multi-year delivery engagements.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary delivery and escalation point for strategic ServiceNow
customer accounts.
Build trusted relationships with CIOs CTOs CDOs IT Heads and Business
Leaders.
Lead governance forums steering committee meetings QBRs and
executive reviews.
Proactively manage customer expectations risks and escalations to ensure
customer delight.
