Require a Senior Operations Manager in Bengaluru

• Lead and manage all operational functions across departments ensuring alignment with organizational goals and KPIs.
  
• Develop implement and monitor operational strategies to improve efficiency reduce costs and increase scalability.
  
• Oversee daily operations including resource allocation workflow management and performance tracking.
  
• Identify process bottlenecks and drive data-informed improvements through Lean Six Sigma or other operational frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Operations or a related field; MBA preferred.
  
• 25 years of progressive experience in operations management within a business services or corporate environment.
  
• Proven track record of leading teams managing complex operational processes and delivering measurable results.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis reporting tools (e.g. Excel Power BI Tableau) and ERP systems.
  
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Experience in process optimization change management and project management methodologies.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail.
  
• Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development accountability and performance culture.
  
• Familiarity with compliance standards and risk management frameworks in business operations.
