Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for HCM employee lifecycle data domains and processes including hire to retire organizational structures job architecture and compensation data.

• Design and implement data quality controls governance mechanisms and audit checks to ensure integrity and consistency of employee lifecycle data.

• Analyze and resolve complex HR data issues leading root cause analysis across regions HR functions and shared services teams.

• Support Mergers Acquisitions divestitures and reorganizations by managing employee data migration validation and harmonization activities within HCM.

• Develop advanced HCM reports dashboards and data extracts for global stakeholders and leadership decision making.

• Partner with HR COEs (Talent Total Rewards) Payroll IT and Finance to ensure accurate data integration and downstream system alignment.

• Lead functional testing and data validation for HCM enhancements integrations compensation cycles and country rollouts.

• Execute and govern compensation related data changes and actions in Workday including annual cycles focal awards and off cycle adjustments while coaching junior analysts and reviewing their work.
