They primarily focus on instructional delivery curriculum development and student mentorship rather than heavy ResponsibilitiesInstruction: Deliver engaging lectures lead seminars and conduct hands-on laboratory sessions or field Development: Design course syllabi develop lesson plans and update course materials to meet academic and industry Assessment: Create administer and grade assignments tests and examinations to evaluate student : Provide academic and career guidance to students during scheduled office : Maintain accurate student attendance record grades and participate in departmental meetings or institutional & QualificationsEducation: Typically requires a Masters degree or a Ph.D. in the specific teaching field. (In India qualifications often align with UGC guidelines requiring a Masters degree and clearing the NET/SLET or holding a Ph.D.).Experience: Prior college-level teaching experience or practical industry experience (e.g. specialized lab or clinical instruction).Skills: Excellent public speaking strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster an inclusive positive learning environment.

Required Skills:

Developing a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children. Employing a variety of educational techniques (storytelling educational play media etc.) to teach children. Observing each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
