Job Title: Head Security In-Charge – Plant

Role Overview

Responsible for leading and managing all security functions of the plant to ensure the safety of personnel assets materials and premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall plant security and safety operations.
• Supervise security personnel and ensure effective deployment.
• Control entry/exit of employees visitors vehicles and materials.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and security infrastructure.
• Conduct security audits risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Coordinate with local authorities during emergencies and security incidents.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Ex-Army personnel (JCO/Officer preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in plant industrial or corporate security.
• Strong leadership communication and incident management skills.
• Experience with surveillance systems and security protocols.
