Job Description:

• We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive user-friendly and visually engaging digital experiences.
• The role will involve working closely with product managers business stakeholders developers and users to understand requirements create user journeys wireframes prototypes and high-quality interface designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and understand user needs business requirements and product goals.
• Create user journeys personas process flows wireframes mock-ups and interactive prototypes.
• Design intuitive accessible and visually consistent user interfaces for web and/or mobile applications.
• Conduct user research usability testing and feedback sessions.
• Translate complex requirements into simple user-friendly designs.
• Collaborate with product owners business analysts developers and QA teams to ensure design feasibility and quality.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility usability and responsive design standards.
• Review implemented designs and provide feedback to ensure alignment with approved prototypes.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showing wireframes prototypes user journeys and final UI designs.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma Adobe XD Sketch or similar.
• Good understanding of user-centred design principles and usability best practices.
• Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile interfaces.
• Ability to create clear wireframes prototypes and design specifications.
• Ability to work collaboratively with product business and technical teams.

Experience Level

• Mid-level UI/UX Designer ideally with 3 years experience designing digital products web applications or mobile applications.
