Area Business Manager (ABM)

• Kochi (Kochi Trivandrum Calicut Thrissur)
  
• Drive sales and business growth for Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) devices and diabetes care solutions within the assigned territory.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Diabetologists Endocrinologists Physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  
• Promote and demonstrate Bluetooth-connected CGM systems and the Cardio-Metabolic Devices Ecosystem.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  
• Conduct regular doctor visits product presentations and customer meetings.
  
• Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
  
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
  
• Maintain sales reports customer records and territory updates
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in selling Insulin CGM Devices Diabetes Care Products Diabetes-related Medicines or Medical Devices.
  
• Strong existing network with Diabetologists Endocrinologists and Physicians in the assigned territory.
  
• 4 years of field sales experience in Pharma or Medical Devices.
  
• Strong communication presentation negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and deliver sales targets.
  
• Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  
• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Life Sciences Biotechnology or related field preferred.
  

Required Skills:

Proven experience in selling Insulin CGM Devices Diabetes Care Products Diabetes-related Medicines or Medical Devices. Strong existing network with Diabetologists Endocrinologists and Physicians in the assigned territory. Minimum 2-8 years of field sales experience in Pharma or Medical Devices. Strong communication presentation negotiation and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and deliver sales targets. Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Life Sciences Biotechnology or related field preferred.
