Brief Job Overview
The Training and Special Projects Marketing Specialistis a non-supervisory position primarily responsible for ensuring the Strategic Customer Engagement Scientific Affairs Regional Regulatory Affairs teams at USP and our Authorized Distributors have the content they need to confidently engage with customers and other stakeholders to achieve desired customer actions and meet business objectives. The position will partner with USPs industry programs and growth marketing teams to create andmaintainsales playbooks manage content hubs communicate with internal and external teams so they canutilizematerials such as presentations quick referencecardsand talking points. Importantly the position will help USP adopt innovative technologies and techniques to maximizethe effectiveness.
The position is also responsible for implementing a solutioning (grouping relevant USP products and services together to solve industry problems) approach developing and promoting assets and platforms related to solutioning and training relevant teams within USP and its channels partners to achieve solutioning.

This includes training inequitablemanagement practices and tools to promote engaged collaborative and results-driven work environments.
The Training and Special ProjectsMarketing Specialisthas the following responsibilities:
- Create and manage Sales Playbooks and other tools to ensure Strategic Customer Development Scientific Affairs Regional Regulatory Affairs teams can engage consistently and successfully with customers and other external stakeholders.
- Partner withcommercialleads and marketing communicationstodevelopmaterialsthat meet the needs ofStrategic Customer Engagement Scientific Affairs RegionalRegulatory Affairs teams.
- Gather feedback fromStrategic CustomerDevelopment Scientific Affairs Regional Regulatory Affairs and otherteamson existing and future content as well as content delivery.
- Develop and implement a feedback system tomonitorthe use and impact of certain marketing assets/collateral.
- Recommendand work with commercial leads to implementchanges to marketing assets/collaterals to make them easy to use for internal teams and channel partners.
- Partner withSalesforceteam and IT to refine content delivery mechanisms to best meet the needs ofStrategic Customer Engagement Scientific Affairs RegionalRegulatory Affairs teams.
- Developcurriculum plan fornew members of theStrategic Customer DevelopmentandMarketing teams.
- Support the development of e-learning modules using Articulate 360.
- Collaborate with marketing and commercial heads to upgrade the skills and tools forcustomerandstakeholderfacing staff in the regions.
- Explore new Sales Enablement tools to improveeffectivenessofStrategic Customer Engagement Scientific Affairs RegionalRegulatory Affairs teams.
Who is USP Looking For
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of our mission commitment to excellence through inclusive andequitablebehaviors and practices ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders along with the following competencies and experience:
- A bachelors degree in life sciences or equivalent
- 3or more years in sales in the life sciences or equivalent.
- Experience working with Salesforce and SharePoint is highly preferred.
- Highly proficient with PowerPoint Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A strong work ethic
- Proventrack recordof working across teams with minimal supervision.

- Amasters or a PhDdegree in life sciences or equivalent
- Experience in instructional design and training.

- Experience in supporting a scientific/pharmaceutical or multi-lateral organization with multiple stakeholders.
