Reporting to the Zonal Service Manager the Service Engineer is responsible for generating recurring revenue numbers for the assigned territory providing technical service and support customers. We are looking for a candidate with strong technical proficiency cross-functional collaboration skills with scalability

This position is part of the India Commercial Organization located in Renukoot Singrauli Prayagraj and will be Hybrid.

3-4 years experience with a degree in Diploma or equivalent preferably having worked on Hach / similar products

Willingness to relocate across India basis job / company priorities

Willingness to travel

Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Teamwork and ability to work across cultures locations and business teams

Expertise in MS office. Exposure to Copilot AI tool would be added advantage

Proactive and action-oriented with an eye for detail

Self-motivated with a passion for driving business growth in a rapidly evolving market

Problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain customer relationships

Travel: Upto 75%- 80% of total time
