• Design and deliver compelling eLearning experiencesfrom storyboards to videos quizzes and job aidsthat make complex topics clear engaging and actionable.

• Partner closely with subject matter experts to translate business knowledge into learnercentric programs that measurably improve performance.

• Apply instructional design best practices and adult learning theory to create training that accelerates timetovalue across the employee and partner lifecycle.

• Leverage learning technologies including the LMS and knowledge management tools to increase engagement track outcomes and continuously improve learning effectiveness.

• Use data and learner feedback to refine content identify training gaps and evolve learning solutions to the next generation.

• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by experimenting with new approacheslike gamification and modern content formatsto keep learners coming back.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT

• Abilities: Strong instructional design and content development capabilities grounded in adult learning theory ADDIE methodology clear communication collaboration time management and a growth mindset.

• Experience: You bring 2 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field with handson involvement in planning designing developing and delivering both inperson and virtual training within a corporate environment.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Organizational Development Psychology Instructional Design or equivalent practical experience; CPTD certification is a plus.

• Location: Bangalore India
