Billing Analyst

Billing Analyst Job purpose
Responsibilities of the position include accurate and timely processing of software products & service
invoices to customers in an international environment. Also responsible for preparing account
reconciliations data analysis and reports as well as serving as a back up to other team members.
Duties and responsibilities
1. Prepare and send customer invoices in accordance with the terms of the specific contract and in
accordance with standard operating procedure.
2. Review invoices to ensure billing accuracy and reconcile invoices to resolve any discrepancies.
3. Be the billing point of contact for all the billing related items.
4. Maintain and update billing process documentation.
5. Participate in accurate and timely monthly quarterly and year end close by completing assigned
responsibilities by due date.
6. Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with all departments.
7. Proven experience presenting directly to leadership on a regular basis. Other duties as assigned.
8. Auditing of Accounts Receivable process. Work with internal and external auditors as required.
Who You'll work with
This role is part of BU Finance. The Analyst will be continuously working with Finance Heads BU Finance
and Operations team as well as WW Sales and Customer Success Management team. This is a customer
facing role so interaction over email and calls is a must.
Qualification & Requirements
1. Candidate with a bachelor's/masters degree in commerce/accounting and 6 to 10 years of
relevant experience.
2. Must have excellent knowledge in MS Excel.
3. Excellent analytical written and verbal communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail and
problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to take ownership and learn things quickly. Thrive in a fast-paced rapidly changing
ambiguous environment.
5. Ability to work independently within tight deadlines prioritize and manage multiple
responsibilities.
6. Experience in NetSuite Service Now Oracle SAP and Salesforce will be an added advantage.
